STATE OF WISCONSIN
COUNTY OF MARINETTE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Marinette, Wisconsin that a
public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The public hearing will be held
at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room of the Marinette County Courthouse, 1926 Hall Ave,
Marinette, WI 54143 relative to the following:
HARDWOOD LANE LLC – Parcel # 030-00570.001, Part of NE SE S25 T34N
R17E and NW SW S30 T34N R18E, Town of Silver Cliff, Peshtigo River, Conditional Use
Permit Application to create Multi-Unit Development, allowing up to 4 units/houses on this
property.
The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the above matter. The application
is available for review in the Marinette County Land Information Department located on the
second floor of the Resource Center, 1925 Ella Court, Marinette WI 54143 from 8 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing
and be heard or to provide written comments to the Marinette County Land Information
Department, 1926 Hall Ave., Marinette, WI 54143-1717, prior to Tuesday, February 10,
2026.
