    Referendum for Advisory Only

    1. The current Town of Silver Cliff subdivision ordinance specifies area and dimension of off water lots shall not be less than 2.5 acres with minimum 200 ft perpendicular width at right of way and the building setback line, with no length to width ratio requirement  Would you like to see the lot size and frontage width increased?

    a. No, leave lot area and dimension as is
    b. 5 acres with a maximum 2:1 width to lengh ratio (330 ft frontage)
    c. 9 acres with a maximum 2:1 width to lengh ratio (445 ft frontage)
    d. 13 acres with a maximum 2:1 width to lengh ratio (532 ft. frontage)
    e. 19 acres with a no width to length ratio requirement

    2.
