Forms and Permits

PLEASE NOTE:

• MINIMUM - Parcel Size to Build is 2.5 Acres with 1 Dwelling Per Parcel
• Building Permit Issuance and Fees:
  • NEW DWELLING Permits contact Jane Meissner of Nature's Edge Inspections (link below)
  • FEES: $75 per parcel
• ANY Structure that has Plumbing MUST SECURE A SANITARY PERMIT Regardless of type of Structure and must be noted on the Building Application
• ANY Structure that has Electrical must be noted on the Building Application
• INCOMPLETE BUILDING PERMIT Applications will be returned to be completed.

Building Permiits may also be obtained from the Town Clerk please call 715-757-3163 or email clerk@silvercliffwi.com.  The completed building permit application (make sure to include mailing address, site address if different and parcel number), make sure to sign off the DNR "Cautionary Statement", and completed site map may be mailed to the Town Hall with check payble to Town of Silver Clifff at a cost of $75.00.
